Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Shipping Container Operating, online or through our call centers, may be returned within 60 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Shipping Container will refund the purchase price. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 60-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment method and financial institutions.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, and we’ll issue your refund – typically between 5-10 business days.

  • Funds will appear in your account between 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Exceptions 

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.

Custom-made, made-to-measure or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Before You Return

What to know before you return

Returns are free. Purchases made directly through Shipping Container online or via our call center can be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

We do offer product exchanges. Returns won’t be accepted if the item is  worn or altered.

If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, wait for it to arrive and then start your return through the Returns Portal so you can send it back properly.

Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the container immediately upon delivery or pickup.

  • Any visible issues, discrepancies, or damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

  • Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the container’s condition.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The container delivered does not match the agreed specifications

  • A significant issue is identified and reported at the time of delivery

  • The issue is confirmed and approved by Jozani Group Shipping Containers management

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed according to internal review and may be subject to administrative or handling fees.

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellations requested after order processing or container allocation may incur cancellation or administrative fees.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable:

  • Delivery and transportation fees

  • Administrative or processing fees

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order and delivery information

  • Ensuring site accessibility for delivery

  • Complying with local regulations related to container placement and use
